She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Owens and Loretta Owens (DeSanctis); her husband Raymond A. Neal; her siblings, James Owens, Ronald Owens, Velma Van Meltebeck, Betty Louise Rhoades and Shirley Wolfe; and her stepson Robert Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Lutke (Chris) of Palm Springs, California, Kathy Park of Morton, Illinois and Brian Lutke of Blountville, Tennessee; and her stepdaughter Linda Thoreson. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
