We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2022, at the age of 70, Carol Jean Sauder of Roanoke, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sauder and Edith Zimmerman Sauder; her nephew Jordan Schroeder; her great-nephews, Raub Braker and Beckett Fischer; and her great-niece Marana Leman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marge Braker (Jim) of Roanoke, Bob Sauder (Jan) of Roanoke, Harold Sauder (Judy) of Roanoke, Rachel Schroeder (Duane) of Roanoke, JoAnn Beutel (Roger) of Tremont and Andy Sauder (Jayne) of Morton.
Many people thought Covid was all negative, but Carol found a positive result in the fact that every Friday afternoon at 2:30 her siblings and their families came to see her for a cottage visit at the Apostolic Christian Home cottage.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home Good Samaritan Fund.
