He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Phillip Esparza (Cristy), Jason Esparza (Cheri) and Stephanie Tamburello (Vito); his grandchildren, Nicole Schott (Harlyn), Sophia Esparza (Cole Fregalette), Nicholas Tamburello, Alex Tamburello, Averi Esparza and Alina Esparza; his great grandchild Elliot Schott; and his brother Steve Esparza (Carmen).
