He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Mulvihill and Edward Mulvihill of Atlantic City, NJ.; and his brother Edward Mulvihill. He is survived by: his wife Lucienne Yvonne (Blanchette); his children, John, Michelle and Marc (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacqueline, Hailey and Carson; his nephew Ricky Mulvihill; his niece Debbie Mulvihill (Mynes); and his siblings-in-law, Roger, Maurice, Girard and Lucien Blanchette.
