She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Susanne Mohr; her grandparents, Mary and Nick Krich; her husband Albert William Forslev; her children, Elizabeth Ann, Susanne Young, Cynthia Forslev (Marcia Trenary) and William Forslev (Julie Forslev); her grandchildren, Emily Sanford (Joel Sanford) and Cameron Young; her great grandchildren, James and Juliet Sanford; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce and Roger Nagel. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
