He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Williams and Barbara Williams (McCormick). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Angel Elston (Bruce) of Divernon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Meyer (Dylan) of Riverton and Carey Elston of Divernon; his great grandchildren, Joclyn and Caleb Meyer of Riverton; and his siblings, Debra Johnson (Roger) of Buncombe, Joe Williams (Rayna) of Steeleville and Anita Paddock (Steve) of Metropolis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Customarily accepted social distancing guidelines are to be observed. The wearing of a face mask or covering is encouraged.
