He was predeceased by: his father Paul Duffey; his grandparents, Edward Duffey, Kurt, Irene Bolin, Roy and Sarah Katherine Bates; and his nephew Luke Roy.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Duffey (Bates) of Divernon; his children, James Roy Withers of Denver, CO and Jessica "Jessie" Kern (Jeremy) of Riverton; his grandchild Reese Richardson of Riverton; his brothers, Roy Duffey (Lisa) of Springfield, Ben Duffey (Penny) of Riverton and David Duffey of Springfield; his close friend Darrell Delong of Springfield; and his pets, Daisy, Riley and Scooby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
