He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph and Edith Marie Lynn Connolly; and his brother James M. Connolly. He is survived by: his wife Debra Richardson; his children, Michael A. Connolly of Riverton, Jeffrey A. Connolly (Jessica) of Springfield and Miriam S. Connolly of Springfield; and his siblings, Lynn Connolly of Springfield and Greg Connolly (Ricki) of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
