She was predeceased by: her parents, William Truter and Gladys Truter; her brother Bill Truter; and her son-in-law Gene Woodson. She is survived by: her husband John H. Smith; her children, Debbie Woodson, John Smith (Lynn), Rick Smith (Kathy) and Julie Smith (Eileen Simpson); her sisters, Kay Liggett and Beverly Williams; and her sister-in-law Bessie Truter. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Granddaughter.
Memorial donations may be made the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
