He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamoyne Gardner and Myrtle Evelyn Franklin (Beatty). He is survived by: his wife Linda Susan Altes; his children, Jenifer Wofford of Springfield, Eric Franklin of Riverton and Alan Franklin (Lindsay) of Springfield; his grandchildren, T. J., Lezlie, Aleasha and Jack; and his siblings, Pat Waldo of Seattle, Becky Wiese (Paul) of Clarinda, IA, Wendy Ricks (James) of San Rafael, CA, Chris Franklin (Dorothy) of St. Charles, MO and Mark Franklin (Kathy) of Chatham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
