He was predeceased by: his parent Merle Branham; his sister Lisa Page; and his brother-in-law Dennis Frueh. He is survived by: his mother Helen Nika Branham of Springfield; his wife Terri Snyder; and his siblings, Michael Branham (Sandy) of Springfield, Patricia Frueh (Dennis Vazzi) of Springfield, Carol Luka (Tim) of Springfield and Nancy Finn (Jim) of Chatham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
