Gladys Sauers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gladys Sauers of Riverton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown and Mary Brown (Duewer); and her husband Robert Sauers. She is survived by: her brother Donald Brown; her nieces and nephews, Reta Meyer, Thomas Meyer Jr., Mary Stapleton, Lamont Meyer, Ida Taylor, Daryl Dority, Susan Kohl and Jeff Brown; and her cousin Debbie Kuhns.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (705 E Menard St, Riverton, IL 62561). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Riverton, or to Springfield Memorial Hospital.
