He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene and Fern Elizabeth Crenshaw, Sr. (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Spain; his children, Debra Lynn Crenshaw of Springfield, Jamie Marie Crenshaw of Springfield, Donald E. Crenshaw III (Sheri) of Springfield and Wayne A. Crenshaw of Riverton; his grandchildren, Kristina, Don IV, Brandon, Elizabeth and Noah Crenshaw; his sisters, Barbara Cook (Edward) of Springfield, Lynn Draper of Springfield, Donna Green of Rochester and Gerriann Crenshaw of Rochester; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
