She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Franklin, Sr. and Dorothy M. Franklin (Hobgood); and her siblings, Diane Poshard, Carrietta O'Conner, James E. Franklin and Deborah White.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil A. Funk II; her children, Cecil A. "Bert" Funk III of Riverton and Katrina Nicole Funk of Springfield; her grandsons, David Cecil Wyatt and Jacob Nathaniel Hoehn; and her siblings, Pastor Jay Franklin (LaRaye) of Goreville, IL, Pamela Franklin of Vienna, IL and Paul Edwin Franklin (Pamela) of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and several great-nieces and great nephews.
