We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 69, Cathy E. Lyons of Riverton, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Lyons and Doris Elaine Carver Lyons; and her brother Larry Lyons. She is survived by: her siblings, Estelle Lyons of Riverton, Jolene Lyons (Joshua Johnson) of Springfield, Terry Lyons (Diane Sayers) of Springfield and Alex Lyons (Dana) of Springfield; her sister-in-law Venita Lyons; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the Simmons Cancer Institute.
