He was predeceased by: his father Charles R. Lamkey. He is survived by: his mother Doris G. Willis Lamkey; his wife Pamela J. Norris; his stepdaughter Penny Morgan (Chris Wicks) of Loami; and his brothers, Dr. Kendall Lamkey (Becky) of Ames, IA and Patrick Lamkey of Riverton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.
