He is survived by: his children, Jason, Emily, Lianna, Jaydin and Aaliyah; his wife Lori; his parents, Jessie and Gail; and his siblings, Donna, Sheila, Tammy and Chris. He is also survived by his best friends who are his brothers in law, uncle in law and his many, nieces and nephews.
