She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her son Michael; her mother Christine Malek; her brother Joseph Malek (Melinda); her parents-in-law, Terry and Ann Carolan; her sisters-in-law, Mary Beth Canty (Jason) and Cecilia Carolan; her nieces, Emily, Elizabeth Carolan, Octavia and Josie Canty; her nephew Jospeh Jr. Malek; her aunt Maria Moskalik; and her cousin Ada Valaveris (Moskalik).
