He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Zajac and Ann Zajac. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his daughter Sara DeVito (Don); his grandchildren, Donnie and Grace; his sister Kathleen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark Ryan, Franceska and Patrick; and also Jami Gabriel (Mark).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Midway Funeral Home (5749 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Vi Parish (105 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546).
