Poland in Riverside, Illinois, born in Roanoke, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac W. Stortz and Susan F. Stortz (Onnen); her husband Darrell Poland; her siblings, Bernice Stortz Audi, Victor Stortz, Florence Irene Stortz Melchin and Beulah Stortz; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Poland and Alice Helene Poland.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Poland (Nancy) of Limestone and Brian Poland (Ray Liedtke) of Hammond, IN; her grandchildren, Stephanie Poland of Aurora, Zachary Poland (Anna) of Spokane, WA and Christopher Poland of Fishers, IN; her sister Ethel Rose Stortz Flaa of Ottawa; and her brother-in-law Lyle Poland (Carol) of Decatur. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church or family to donate to the charity of their choosing.
