We bid farewell to Donna L. Szydlo of Riverside, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Donna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Drs and Mildred Drs; her grandparents, Vladimir and Aloisce Kolinger; and her husband Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Szydlo (Elizabeth), Suzanne Szydlo (Nicole) and Claudia Hrody (Robert); and her grandchildren, Sarah Szydlo, John Szydlo (Natalie), James Szydlo (Nicole), Sasha Petruncio, Frank Petruncio, Alex Hrody and Daniel Hrody.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home and Cremation Services (2447 Desplaines Ave, North Riverside, IL 60546). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (126 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546).
