She is survived by: her husband Charles Simmons; her children, Diana Leerhoff (Glen) of Clark, MO., David Simmons of Campus, Dale Simmons (Valerie) of Buckingham and Douglas Simmons (Lori) of Braidwood; and her sister Ann Millikin of Danville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
