He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel E. Tate and Nora Marie Tate (Pemberton); his wife Charlotte Rae Logan; his son William Lee Tate; and his sister Anna Armstrong.
He is survived by: his son Dennis; his daughter-in-law Cindy Tate of Brighton; his daughter Diana; his son-in-law Larry Kamp of Wood River; his grandchildren, Michelle, Christy, Jennifer, Larry Jr., Daniel and Jonathan; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Romonosky of Harrisburg, Freeda Logan of Galatia, Bud and Marcia Logan of Tennessee. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, one great – great grandchild, two sisters.
