She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Irene; and her sister Judy O'Sullivan (Jeremiah). She is survived by: her sisters, Jeanette Spadavecchia (Louis) and Joyce Musial; her nieces and nephews, Katie Cummings (Brian), Megan O'Sullivan, Jerry O'Sullivan and Mark Spadavecchia; and her great-nephew Nathan.
