She is survived by: her children, Eileen Takach (John) of Carmel, IN, Anita Philipp (Les) of Choctaw, OK, LaVerne Thompson (Martin) of St. John, IN and Rick Butkus (Madeleine) of Oak Forest, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and other family and friends.
