She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allan J. Fail; and her children, Connie Kulevich, James (Esparanza) and Alan Kulevich.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richard-Midway Funeral Home (5749 Archer Ave, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
