He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Kuc and Lucille K. Richards; and his brother Gerald "Jerry" T. Kuc. He is survived by: his son Richard C. Cooke (Maria Prada); his grandsons, Richard J. Cooke and Christian A. Cooke; his niece Susan M. Marin; his nephews, Gerald A. Kuc and Christopher R. Kuc; and his former wife Gloria C. Cooke.
