It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica M. Novak-Hammer (River Grove, Illinois), who passed away on June 4, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Novak and Gloria Jean Schelechter; and her brother Timothy. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hammer; her daughters, Krista, Alissa and Shandi; her grandchildren, Peyton Marie, Braxton, Sarah and Tyler; and her siblings, Laura, Helene and Gregory. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
