He is survived by: his parents, William Berg and Cindy Berg; his daughters, Elsa and Sadie (Claire Smalley); his sister Sara Berg (Justin Griffith); his nieces and nephews, Macy, Cooper and Hudson; his aunts and uncles, Alan, Barbara Berg, Donna Berg and Jean Miller; and his cousins, Brenda Lowry, Sandra Miller, Julie Baker, Laurie Krenner, Tami Durant, Karen Thompson, Kathi Santeford, Karla Shymanski and Nate Miller.
