He was predeceased by: his brother Richard A. Jr. (Roberta); and his parents, Richard A. Sr. Walsh and Patricia "Patsy" Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Eva; his sons, Mark, Jack, James, Charlie and Joe; and his siblings, Patrick (Elizabeth "Lou"), Brian (Debbie Gansauer), Kate Hennessy (Patrick) and Annie Walsh (Donna Coates).
