With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy C. Downard of Rio, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester W. Downard and Ruby Fern Downard (Teel); and his siblings, Gary Downard, Clarence "Bud" Downard and Mary Brittingham.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Rio; his children, Ryan Downard (Samantha) of Rio and Brittany-Kayla Miller (Gregory "Bud") of Rio; his grandchildren, Gregory, Jacob, Adalynn, Violet and Ally; and his sisters, Donna Anderson (Lloyd) of Galva, Dorothy McMeen of Milan, Grace Bates of Dahinda, Alice Clark of Galesburg and Cheryl Yerkey (Bob) of Alexis, Illinois.. He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
