She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cailteux and Ruby Erma Cailteux (Raley); her spouse Russell D. Cook; and her daughter Janice Cook. She is survived by: her son Steve Cook (Mary) of Carmi; her grandchildren, Kristen Smiddie (Jeremy) of Carmi, Kendra Knott (Andy) of Indianapolis and Karie Farris (Danny) of Newton; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Madison Smiddie, Hattie, Sydnie, Ellie, Josie Knott, Adelyn, Landen and Brady Farris.
