She is survived by: her husband Gary Cook of Rinard; her son Cody Cook of Rinard; her parents, Linda Steinhoff (Smith) of Salem and Richard Rice of Xenia; her brother Kent Rice (Melody) of Xenia; her siblings-in-law, Dennis Cook (Kathy) of Flora and Cindy Cook of Flora; and her mother-in-law Clara Belle Cook of Flora.
