He was predeceased by: his stepgrandfather John Tolliver; and his uncles, Matt Branom and Greg Raley. He is survived by: his parents, Don C. Raley of Rinard and Michelle Ann Dulaney of Flora; his siblings, Gideon Raley of Rinard and Katelynn Hilliard of Charleston; his grandparents, Teresa "Granny" Tolliver of Flora, Frank "Pa" Branom Jr. of Independence, Missouri and Ronnie; his great-grandparent Linda Chadwell of Flora; his aunt Marla Jenney (Todd) of Canton, Georgia; his uncle Ronnie Raley Jr. of Rinard; and his great-aunts, Sondra Dulaney of Flora and Shirley Hays of Flora. He is also survived by many other great-aunts, great-uncles, family, and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses or Flora High School Drama Club and will be accepted through the funeral home.
