With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Metz (Rinard, Illinois), born in Louisville, Illinois, who passed away on July 11, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Erwin and Edna Erwin (Lewis); and her siblings, Taft, James Erwin, Kathryn Colborn, Lenora Hackney, Berniece Griffy, Tommie Kurr and Juanita Marberry.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Aceves of Vincennes, Edna Major (Dennis) of Flora, Kathy Valenzuela (Richard) of Wheatland, Donna Leigh (Chris) of Vincennes, Sara Wright (Chris) of Rinard and Robert E. Metz of Rinard; her brother Robert Erwin (Gloria) of Cumberland Center; her sister-in-law Marion Erwin of Dover; and her cousin Marie Walters of Phoenix. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
