She was predeceased by: her father Walter Petersen; and her sister Lori Davis. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Petersen (Hicks) of South Beloit, IL; her husband Randy Ontjes of Ridott, IL; her daughter Melissa Voldberg of Caledonia, IL; her siblings, Richard Petersen (Debi), Michael Petersen (Helen), Steve Petersen (Dolores) and Marsha Gentry (John); and her grandchildren, Zane and Kirsten Klaas.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Riverside Assembly of God Church.
