He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Eisen and Irene Eisen (Kirk); and his brother Steve Eisen. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Eisen of Ridott; his stepsons, Robert Steele (Stormie) and Brian Steele (Rachel); his grandchildren, Christopher, Haven, Ryland, Daniel and Kaylee; his siblings, Joe Eisen (Renee) and Jennifer Bosch of Freeport; his nephew Richard; his nieces, Crystal, Sabrina, Miranda and Tracy; and his sister-in-law Donna Eisen.
