He was predeceased by: his son Todd Brugger. He is survived by: his wife Annette (Clevenger); his sons, Stephen Brugger (Ileshea), Raymond Brugger and Jason Davis (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jonathan Brugger (Cassie), Jacob Brugger (Hannah), Jeremy Brugger, Jacie Brugger, Khloe Davis, Allie Streeter and Kindrie Streeter; his great grandchildren, Cambria, Bentley and Daxton; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Brugger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
