He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otto and Joy Clevenger (Collins); and his siblings, Bob Clevenger, Pete Clevenger, Ricky Clevenger, Karen McClain, Patsy Clevenger, Gracie Warden and Connie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Lynch; his children, Carrie Clevenger (Frank Seets) of Eldorado and Monte Vied of West City; his sisters, Annette Brugger (Steve) of Ridgway, Joyce Clevenger of Shawneetown, Cindy Dunk of Shawneetown and June Rushing (Rick) of Shawneetown; and his pets, Maggie and Gordo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
