She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Teetle" Cox and Dorothy Davis Cook; her stepfather Leon Cook; and her half-brother Lawrence Cook. She is survived by: her spouse Lyndal R. Sork; her sons, Jason Wayne Sork and Gregory Wade Sork of Ridgway, IL; her brothers, Frank (Lynda Cox) and Charles Wayne Cox of Ridgway, IL; and her half-brother Eddie Cunningham of Huntingburg, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
