She was predeceased by: her parents, Paris Blair and Candace Blair (Short); her husband Ewell Madden; and her siblings, Clarence, Orval, Dexter, Carl, Cecil, Thurmon, Don Blair, Monie Creech and Nora Witt.
She is survived by: her sons, Lewie (Chris Madden) and Clark (Cyndi Madden); her grandchildren, Jason Madden, Rachel Kirkpatrick (Shawn), Evan Madden and Ethan Madden (Corrina); and her great grandchildren, Shawn, Avery Kirkpatrick, Myah and Maylin Madden.
