She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Hendrix and Gearldean Hendrix (Vaught); and her granddaughter Chelsea Belford. She is survived by: her husband Billy Duckworth of Ridgway; her children, Jamie Duckworth (Ronda) of Shawneetown and Kim Belford (Bob) of Ridgway; her stepson Billy Joe Duckworth; her grandchildren, Robbie Belford, Ashley Stanley, Tyler Duckworth, Blayne Barker and Adam Rushing; and her brothers, Vic Hendrix and Rannie Hendrix (Sandy).
Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to the Ronald McDonald House and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
