She is survived by: her significant other Rick Vaughn of Omaha, IL.; her daughter Andrea Lynn; her caregiver Andrea Lynn; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Trenton and Brooklyn; her sisters, Paula and Vicki; and her cousins, Gloria and Brenda. She is also survived by 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
