We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2020, at the age of 63, Bobby Milligan of Ridgway, Illinois, born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dean and Sharon Ann Milligan (Wilhite); and his brother-in-law Mark Seely. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Beam (Jeff) of Eldorado, Kathy Sheppard (Jerry) of New Burnside, Dale Milligan of North Carolina and Cindy Carmickle (Randy); and his pets, Skeeter and Buffy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
