He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Richardson and Allean Proctor Richardson; and his brothers, Myron, Doyle, Jimmy and Tom.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Knight; his sister Jane Ann Bushong of Edwardsville; and his pet Cooper.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Robison Chapel (103 Douglas St, Catlin, IL 61817). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
