We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Samuel Corbin of Ridge Farm, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Samuel Corbin to show support.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ross Corbin and Rosalea Corbin (Van Fleet); his wife Alice (Burd) of Ridge Farm; his daughters, Kara Corbin-Lickfett (Jay) of San Diego, CA and Connie Ignatiou (Alex) of Kettering, OH; his siblings, Ruth and John of Indianola; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Caroline Lickfett and Bennett Ignatiou.
Due to COVID-19, the family will have a Celebration of Life at a future date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's honor can be made to Sunset Funeral Home in Georgetown, IL. He has chosen three organizations for donations: Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School in order to set up a scholarship fund for students pursuing science, Forrest Glen Educational programs, and the charitable activities of Quaker Men through the Ridge Farm Friends Church.
