He is survived by: his wife Shirley Parker; his daughters, Donna Sue Hughes (Steve) of Georgetown, Annette Smith (Dennis) of Ridge Farm and Jennifer Cornwell of Blue Grass, Iowa; his grandchildren, Dwayne Hughes (Shannon), Shelly Dowers (Rob), Dean Hughes (Amber), Sheila Mingee (Russ), Dustin Hughes (Kimberly), Amanda Pittman (Scott), Jacqueline Wilson (Patrick), Logan Smith (Paige), Kaitlin Harden (Jacob), Regan Smith, Reed Smith (Adalyn Moorehead), Brianna Sampson (Matthew) and Parker Cornwell (Amanda Castro); and his stepsons, Greg Spires (Becky) and Jim Spires.
