He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Stahl and Dorothy Stahl (Biggerstaff); and his granddaughter Mackenzie Jo Sims. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Claypool; his children, Anita Miller (Bob), Glen Stahl (Karen) and Brian Stahl (Heather); his grandchildren, Trey Sims, Ashley Lemay (Josiah), Natalie Stahl, Alex Stahl, Rylee Stahl (Bella) and Quinn Stahl; his siblings, Linda Songer, Nancy McMullen (Chet) and Terry Stahl (Becky); his siblings-in-law, Don Claypool, Ron Claypool (Valerie), Shirley Shomo and Wanda Farris (Gary); and his aunt Pat Stahl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Chapel (200 E West St, Georgetown, IL 61846). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Houghton-Leasure Chapel (200 E West St, Georgetown, IL 61846).
