He was predeceased by: his son Jimi; his grandchildren, Stefan and Daulton; and his sisters, Evelyn and Pat.

He is survived by: his sons, Bill Zultowski (Debbie), George E. Mueller III and Michael Mueller; his grandchildren, Charlie (Amanda), Diana (Shannon), Billy (Ashley), Aaron, Michael, Daniel, Lily, Jered, Jay, Madison, Jordan, Mason, Kelby and Zeth; his great grandchildren, Isabel, Heidi, Charlotte, Victor, Braxton and Lawson; his sister Terrie Reichard; and his pet Toto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given in his name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
