He was predeceased by : his parents, Dee Tibbs and Myrtle Waldrip Tibbs; and his wife Mary Jane Frontino. He is survived by : his children, Richard Tibbs and Marcy Tibbs of Paris, IL.; his friend Don; his close friend Mary June McCool; his caregivers, Don and Mary Jane; and also Brad Hanley.

Memorial donations may be given in his name to Pleasant Meadow Senior Living Activity Fund, 400 W Washington St, Chrisman, IL 61924.
